Access to and use of the naga 888 platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms. naga 888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the naga 888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and naga 888. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

1.1 Governing Language

The authoritative version of these Terms is the English-language version published at naga-888.net. Any translation provided for convenience purposes shall not alter the meaning or interpretation of the original English text.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and naga 888 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals or representations, whether oral or written, relating to the platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Age Verification

Until age verification is complete, naga 888 reserves the right to restrict deposits, withdrawals and betting activity on your account. Any winnings accrued prior to successful age verification may be withheld pending the outcome of that verification.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one naga 888 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address or the same household — is strictly prohibited. 3. Account Registration & Security

Failure to supply requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

naga 888 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in BDT. naga 888 does not apply currency conversion fees on BDT transactions, but your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own service charges independently.

4.1 Deposit Policy

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, placing low-risk opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit from bonus funds (bonus arbitrage), using automated betting software or bots to fulfil wagering requirements, and systematically exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, naga 888 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings without notice and to permanently close the account.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed within the validity window stated in the specific offer terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated wagering progress cannot be reinstated. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement within the stated validity period will be removed from your account at expiry.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming on naga 888 is subject to the rules of the individual sport, event or game as published on the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any discrepancy between a general rule and a sport-specific or game-specific rule, the more specific rule shall take precedence.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the naga 888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

naga 888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or account sharing.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder (see Responsible Gaming).
• A court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.
• Prolonged account inactivity — accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative fee of ৳100 per month until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

8.4 Amendments to These Terms

naga 888 may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
